Hi, as I am getting a motability car soon, I hope, I didn't need my old car, so a car firm beginning with S offered to put my old car through auction, this happened in oct 2009, I finally received my cheque today, I opened it and they had put Mr K Wood, I am Mrs K Wood, the bank won't accept it at all, so we have had to contact them and ask for a new cheque, and return the old cheque. We are both livid about it, I am now beginning my choice of a getting a motability car from this firm, it is 2 months since I ordered it and it is not ready GRRRR, why can't people get things right? love Kimxx
